职责描述： 1.培训经销商正确填报保修索赔单据 2.及时受理、审核经销商申报的保修索赔单据，按时结算经销商保修费用 3.保修零部件故障、费用统计分析 4.监控保修异常经销商，执行经销商保修行为分析 Job Responsibilities: 1. Train dealers to fill in the warranty claim documents correctly 2. Audit the warranty claim documents declared by the dealer timely, and settle the dealer’s warranty costs on time 3. Statistical analysis of warranty parts failures and costs 4. Monitor the dealers with abnormal warranty and analysis dealers' warranty behavior 任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，汽车或机械专业更佳 2.从事汽车主机厂售后保修工作3-5年以上 3.了解汽车结构、熟悉汽车维修技术 4.能够熟练使用常用办公软件，具备一定的数据统计分析能力 5.良好的沟通能力及口头表达能力 6.英语水平四级或以上 job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, automobile or mechanical major is preferred 2. More than 3-5 years of after-sales warranty work for automobile OEM 3. Understand the structure of automobiles and be familiar with automobile maintenancetechnology 4. Ability to use office software proficiently, and have certain data statistical analysiscapabilities 5. Good communication and expression skills 6. CET 4 or above
