任职要求：
基本任职要求basic qualifications:
1. 具备传动系统（半轴/传动轴/变速箱）等零部件开发经验experience in developing parts such as transmission systems (half-axis/drive shaft/gearbox
2. 熟悉整车开发流程 familiar with the vehicle development process
3. 本科及其以上bachelor degree and above
4. 具备良好沟通能力、英语听/读/写/说基础 have good communication skills, english listening / reading / writing / speaking basis
